Important Season Pass Notes
To purchase a Season Pass, select a date/time to access the tickets, then select your Season Pass. You do NOT need to arrive at the chosen date/time. A Season Pass email will be sent to you with the Season Pass QR Code.

ADMISSIONS FAQ'S:
• To allow for your best experience, tickets are limited and should be purchased in advance online to reserve your day and time
• Walk-up tickets the day of the event will only be available if the event does not sell out - check online before your visit
• Includes admission to attractions only for the date and time purchased until 6pm that same day
• Gem Mining is not included - purchase online as an add-on for $10 or purchase at the Gem Mining booth
⚠️ No early entry to Attractions Areas! When purchasing tickets, make sure all people in your party have the same time ticket so everyone can enter at the same time.
⚠️ Running Late? That is okay, please travel safe! Late entry is allowed, early entry is not. 
⚠️ Refunds This is a high demand, limited ticket event. There are no refunds on tickets purchased and tickets cannot be transferred to another event.
⚠️ Transfers We do understand unexpected events happen. We offer the opportunity to transfer your Single-Day General Admission to a family member or friend. Contact admissionshelp@swanstrailfarms.com for assistance with your transfer. Please allow 24 hours for a response to your transfer request. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or time. There are no refunds for purchased tickets or transfers to a lower priced ticket.
