| This session for researchers follows a ‘scenario’ format, encouraging audience interaction, interventions and contributions. We focus specifically on relationships between researchers and their PIs / supervisors. It’s an engaging exploration of conflict in communication, assertiveness, securing collaboration and ‘managing your manager'. Participants gain one year’s free access to the VOX Academy, a sophisticated online resource that enables you to extend your learning in your own time. With thirty pages of clear written guidance, lively videos, carefully researched web links and reading suggestions, the Academy is an excellent way of sharpening skills and deepening insights gained on the course. |
