This popular prenatal yoga class will be taught by Jessie Valentine, a certified yoga instructor, certified prenatal yoga instructor, and registered dietitian with a focus on fertility, prenatal, and postnatal nutrition. She is also a postpartum doula serving new parents in Nassau and Suffolk counties. This is a 7-class series with classes on October 26, November 2, 9, 16, 23, December 7, 14 (No class Thanksgiving Weekend).  Now is the time to meet other moms to be and build your village. Class is held from 11am-12noon

Cost: $210 for full series
