Join other Moms and their babies for this sweet class that helps you bond with your baby while making friends. This class will be taught by Beth Lipset. 

Never done yoga before? Don't worry! This class is a gentle practice with a focus on movement with you and your little one. You don't have to worry about "doing it right" or "not being flexible enough". These are never a concern in yoga, let alone Mommy and Me Yoga.We foster an environment where friendships are made, the babies feel safe, and the moms have fun. Nothing but love at Commune.

$150 for the series or $30/class if you are buying individual classes.

This is a 5-class series with classes being held on 11/17, 11/24, 12/8, 12/15  & 12/22 (no class Thanksgiving weekends).If you are unable to attend all classes, email us at hi@communepw.com and we can arrange for you to sign up and pay for only the classes you are able to attend.
