Launch of Luminescence - Friday 30th October 2026

Join us for the launch of Luminescence 2026 on Friday 30th October. The trail opens from 6pm, offering the first opportunity this season to experience Luminescence after dark. Bring along a guest or your children and make an evening of exploring the Estate together.

This year’s mile-long trail winds through the woodland and lakeside landscape of the heritage gardens, where illuminated installations transform the natural surroundings, with new features to discover along the way. Warming hot drinks will be available partway around the trail, with plenty to see as you make your way through the Estate after dark.

As an outdoor experience, we recommend dressing warmly and wearing suitable outdoor footwear for the Yorkshire weather. Dedicated parking is available in the Luminescence car park.
