Friday Night Wine School, Meet & Greet with Importer Kerin Auth Bembry, La Luz Selections

Tonight we have a special tasting where we're combining a Trust Your Importer and a Meet & Greet event in one! Importers, La Luz Selections, carefully curates wine from producers that emphasize authenticity, sustainability, and a strong sense of terroir. Their portfolio highlights winemakers who practice organic, biodynamic, or natural farming and winemaking methods, ensuring minimal intervention both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Their portfolio is diverse but tends to feature small-scale, artisanal producers from Europe with an emphasis on Spain & Portugal.

Kerin Auth Bembry, founder of La Luz, has built a strong reputation as an expert in Spanish wines after spending extensive time in Spain and developing close relationships with winemakers across the country. Her deep knowledge of the regions and indigenous grape varieties has made her a champion of small, family-owned wineries that produce wines with a focus on terroir, sustainability, and tradition. Through her import business, she has helped bring a wide array of natural and organic Spanish and Portuguese wines to the American market that showcase the diverse styles of the regions.

We are excited to have Kerin join us for Friday Night Wine School, focusing on her imports from Spain and Portugal. We'll be tasting 5 unique and approachable wines, authentic representations of indigenous varieties and local traditions. We hope you'll join us!

-All ticket sales are final.
-We will hold our tastings outside on the patio from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Fridays weather permitting, if it rains we move inside to the back of the shop.
-Your $5 tasting fee is refunded when you purchase a bottle of wine from the tasting. Limit 1 refund per bottle per customer.
-Please arrive 5 minutes early for your time slot, as we may not be able to move you to another spot.
-No waiting in line for your taste of wine in a plastic cup and snippet of info. During your time slot, you will have the presenter's undivided attention as you learn about and taste the wines from Riedel glassware.
-When your tasting is over, you can browse and shop or enjoy a glass or bottle at our indoor and outdoor tables.
