Friday Night Wine School - A Special Tasting of Tribaut Schlosser Champagnes

Fri Dec 4, 2026 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM CST Swirl, 70119

Wine School: Drink Better, Know More - We connect the dots between grape, place, and process in a way that’s clear and useful so you can trust your palate, choose with confidence, and get more out of every bottle.

Join us for an intimate and effervescent evening as we explore the elegant world of Champagne Tribaut-Schloesser, a fourth-generation family estate located in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. Known for its beautifully expressive and terroir-driven wines, Tribaut-Schloesser blends tradition, meticulous vineyard stewardship, and thoughtful élevage to create Champagnes that are both refined and deeply characterful.

This isn’t a casual bubbles flight —this tasting offers a rare chance to experience Tribaut-Schloesser’s range in 5 terroir-driven Champagnes from vineyards spanning key villages like Romery, Cormoyeux and Fleury-la-Rivière. From their flagship Brut Origine blend with crisp orchard fruit, subtle brioche, and chalky texture, to their pure expression of Chardonnay from the clay-limestone soils of the region; the structure and finesse of Pinot Noir and Meunier in their Blanc de Noir; the silky rosé with wild strawberry and cranberry notes and finally the luxurious, complex, and beautifully composed Cuvée René - we'll take you on a curated journey through style, grape expression, and aging philosophy, showcasing the house’s range from pure, mineral precision to depth and texture.

Join importer Jack Jalenko with 5 cuvées from Tribaut-Schloesser, highlighting how vineyard site, age and blending choices shape the final experience. You’ll learn how this house interprets the Champagne region’s expressiveness via its clay-limestone soils and thoughtful ageing. This is not your typical line up for a FNWS, but since we are feeling the holiday spirit, we thought it would be a great opportunity for special gifts and wines for your holiday celebrations.
