To ensure the best experience, we recommend attending one of our foundational Symphony of the Cells™ (Level One) trainings before embarking on this advanced journey.

FAQ’s

Does the Return Attendee discount apply to the Melody of the Molecules™ training?

• No, we will be unable to offer any return attendee discounts for attending this training. 

I have a ticket credit from a canceled event. How can I use it?

• Ticket credits from Level 1 Symphony of the Cells™ trainings are valid towards the Melody of the Molecules™ trainings, however, the attendee will be responsible for any difference in ticket price. 

Can I earn CE credits for massage therapy by attending this training?

• No.  Melody of the Molecules™ trainings do not qualify for Continuing Education credits with the NCBTMB. 

What can/can't I bring to the event?

• Please feel free to bring a notepad & writing utensil; we highly encourage you to take notes! Please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverage (with the exception of water) into the training room as it is prohibited by the venue. We will provide ample time for a meal break.

Do I need to dress in specific attire?

• No, Melody of the Molecules™ is a casual event! Please come in comfortable attire.

Can I bring my children?

• We kindly ask that you do not bring your children due to complaints from other attendees. We reserve the right to ask any attendee causing distractions to leave the venue.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

• You do not need to bring your printed ticket to the event.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund of your ticket purchase up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled training. Any refunds requested within 2 weeks (14 days) of the training will NOT be refunded. If you choose to refund, please be advised that the processing fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Your refund will be processed minus the processing fee. You can expect to see the credit in your account within 5-7 business days. If you have any questions, please contact your bank as their processing times may differ.

Symphony of the Cells reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. If your event is canceled, you will be informed via email or phone as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded within 30 days. Your refund method will be based on your original method of payment. Any payment processing fees are nonrefundable.
