Small by design

Synapse AI Summit is built for conversations rather than crowds. It's planned for 200–240 participants, so there's room to talk with speakers and peers about real AI and business challenges, not just listen to them. We're designing the programme for discussion, not only presentations.

Keeping the summit small is a deliberate choice, and it's reflected in the ticket price: you're investing in the quality of the conversations, not the size of the crowd.

Same seat, two ways to pay

Every tier has a fixed number of tickets. When a tier sells out, the price rises for everyone. Company tickets are priced + VAT and come with a VAT invoice in your company's name, invoice or card payment, free name changes until the Summit, and 5% off for three or more with access code TEAM5. If you are paying yourself, you get the self-funded rate. Buying early but not sure where you'll be in May 2027? As an early backer, you can transfer your Ultra Believer or Believer ticket to someone else for free.

VAT is 25.5%. At checkout every price is shown including VAT: a Pioneer company ticket is €652.60. Finnish VAT applies to all tickets, including for companies outside Finland. Finnish companies deduct it as usual; companies from other countries can apply to the Finnish Tax Administration for a refund.

Which ticket should I choose?

• My employer is paying: the company ticket. You get a VAT invoice in your company's name, whether you pay by invoice or card.
• I run my own business: if your business pays and you'll claim it as an expense, choose the company ticket. The self-funded rate is for people paying from their own pocket.
• Can I switch later? Yes. If your employer decides to pay after you bought a self-funded ticket, email us and we'll change it to a company ticket and invoice the difference.
• Is the self-funded ticket any different at the event? No. Same sessions, same lunch, same networking evening if we reach 140 tickets.

For the first buyers

VIP: closer to the conversation

20 company tickets at €1,050 + VAT: VIP Lunch in a private room (one day of your choice), a pre-Summit VIP warm-up meetup, a named seat at the front, priority entry and workshop places, and early access to 2028 tickets. Buying three or more VIP tickets in one order? Enter access code TEAM5 for 5% off: €997.50 + VAT each. Paying yourself? Email us.

Adopter tickets come with reserved seating at the front and early access to 2028 tickets.

Buying for your team?

Choose company tickets. For three or more in one order, enter access code TEAM5 to see the team tickets, 5% below the company price. You can pay by card or choose "Pay via invoice" at checkout. Finnish companies can receive an e-invoice. Invoice payment is available for orders placed by 1 May 2027; after that, pay by card.

Booking for a large team? If you need more than 10 tickets, email accounts@synapsesummit.ai by 1 May 2027. We'll send you a booking form, issue each attendee their own ticket at the team price and invoice your company.

Cancellations and transfers

• Ultra Believer and Believer: non-refundable, but as an early backer you can transfer your ticket to someone else for free.
• All other tickets: refundable minus a €25 administration fee per ticket until 17 April 2027, one month before the event. Company tickets can be transferred to a colleague for free; self-funded tickets can be transferred for the €25 fee.
• Changes to the Summit: the programme, schedule and event name may change; your ticket stays valid.
• If we cancel or postpone the Summit, or move it to a substantially different format: you can choose a ticket to a future edition of the Summit, or another equivalent event we organise, or a full refund, including any fees. This applies to every ticket type. If we cancel, we email you and refund everything you paid within 14 days of that email, unless you reply within 7 days asking for a ticket instead. Tickets already cancelled are not affected, and the €25 fee for them stands.
