When arranging travel please keep in mind that we do not allow for late arrivals or early departures as it disrupts the seminar. 

**Be sure to bring a portable table to the event. We will need 1 table for every 3 participants**
We want you to have the best possible experience this weekend and the seminar won't work if we don't have enough tables.  If you do not have one, please be resourceful (borrow one from a colleague or make sure that someone you know is bringing one).  Most of our seminar attendees fly in and have to check the table as luggage.

Refund policy & terms/conditions
There are no refunds.  This seminar is an event, similar to a rock concert. You are purchasing a ticket to attend that event’s date and time.

All Registrations have a $75 non-refundable administrative fee.

• If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the event: the seminar fee is transferable to future seminars (minus the $75 admin fee + any price increase between the two seminars).
  
  
• If a cancellation is made 1-14 days prior to the event: the seminar fee is non-transferable to future seminars, however, it can be transferred to another person for the same event you cannot attend.* 
  
  
• *Seminar fee transfer (to another person) - a $75 admin fee is charged if you would like to transfer your seminar fee to another person

All of our seminars are listed in $USD.  When you make a payment, the price is automatically converted to your local currency (in case you live outside of the U.S.). The exchange rate may change before you pay. Bear in mind that your card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
