Bill Toms & Hard Rain, featuring The Soulville Horns, celebrate the release of their 10th studio album, Keep Movin' On, with special guest, Tom Brieding & The Union Rail Road, and 2022 Western PA Blues Challenge winners, Lori Russo & the Uppercuts. 

Showtime is 4pm. Early entry is at 2:30pm, with your first drink included. General admission doors open at 3pm.
