Dinner With The Clydesdales @ Covell Ranch

Take advantage of a rare opportunity to see beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean from a spectacular vantage point. Ralph Covell and his daughter Tara Covell, owners of the stunning Covell Ranch, will host us on their 1,500-acre property that is home to both expansive vistas of endangered Monterey pines and over 100 impressive Clydesdales.

We will explore the beautiful rolling hills of the ranch as we are transported by (vehicle pulled) wagon up to our open field dining location at the top of the property (protected by a conservation easement from The Nature Conservancy.)

During the welcome reception, guests will enjoy the company of the Clydesdales and learn a bit more about the history of the ranch and of these noble draft horses.

A beautifully curated four course farm-to-table dinner will be prepared by acclaimed Chef Matthew Roberts and thoughtfully paired with the stunning wines of Cambria's own Stolo Vineyards.

• Tickets are non-refundable. However, all seats are transferable! You are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information.

• Purchased tickets are dinner-specific, and can not be transferred to another dinner.

• Guests must be 21+ to attend. IDs will be checked upon arrival. In order to allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited enjoyment, we respectfully ask that no children attend our dinners.

• We kindly ask that you leave your dogs at home for this special evening.

• Due to the nature of our dinners, we are only able to accommodate very limited dietary requests.
