Through a combination of three interactive exercises, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their business performance and learn strategies to improve their lead management and sales consultations.
Exercise 1 - Assessing Business Health
- Objective: Evaluate your business's current state to understand your marketing strategies' effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Exercise: Participants will calculate key metrics such as cost per lead and the ratio of leads to bookings. This involves understanding how many weddings they aim to plan, their marketing investment, and their lead conversion rates.
- Takeaway: A clear snapshot of whether current strategies are sufficient to meet business goals and where adjustments are necessary.
Exercise 2 - Optimizing Lead Responses: Tips to increase lead reply two-way consultations.
- Objective: Improve the quality of initial lead replies to increase the chances of engagement.
- Exercise: Critique a 'bad' lead reply conversation and why it is bad; critique a good lead reply and why it is good. Learn about seven email templates that Pros use to build trust, rapport and be helpful.
- Takeaway: Participants will receive the tools necessary to revise their lead replies to be concise and compelling, ensuring they encourage potential clients to engage further.
Exercise 3 - Enhancing Sales Consultations
- Objective: Refine consultation techniques to convert more consultations into bookings.
- Exercise: Review all the steps to the sales consultations, including Prep, Agenda, Discovery Questions, Show and Tell, Recommendations, and Close. Share examples of each step to the consultation.
- Takeaway: Participants will start to create a talk track that includes agenda setting, discovery questions, and showcasing services.
