YOUR JANUARY MOUNTAIN ESCAPE
29–31 January 2027 · Two nights / three days · £175 per person
Enjoy two nights in a four-star Bansko hotel, breakfast and dinner, and time to unwind in the hotel’s available spa and wellness facilities. Come on your own, with friends, as a couple or with family, and enjoy Bansko at your own pace.
£80 deposit + £95 remaining balance, or pay £175 in full. The deposit is part-payment towards the total, not an additional charge.
Takeover works with participating UK universities and student societies to arrange dedicated hotel stays and tailored group programmes. Guests travelling through one of these partners will receive the specific accommodation, transport, activities and event inclusions confirmed by their university or society.
Our public January package is a separate hotel-based stay. Its price covers only the inclusions stated below. Any additional activity or event offered by Takeover will be complimentary unless clearly advertised as an optional paid extra, and is not guaranteed as part of the package.
Your January package includes
- Four-star hotel accommodation.
- Halal breakfast and dinner are included. Vegetarian options are available.
- Access to the allocated hotel’s available spa and wellness facilities, subject to opening hours, operating conditions and availability.
Hotel and room details will be confirmed directly with booked guests before travel.
What your booking covers
Your January package price covers the accommodation, meals and available hotel spa/wellness access listed above. Transport, organised entertainment, activities, private society events and dedicated women-only spa sessions are not included. Please book on the basis of these stated inclusions.
Any optional paid extras will be announced and priced separately before you choose to purchase them. If Takeover later confirms a complimentary extra, it will be provided by us as a discretionary goodwill addition at no extra charge. Such extras are not guaranteed or part of the package price.
Getting to Bansko
Plan your journey to Bansko around what suits you: public bus services, a pre-booked private taxi or transfer, or a hire car. Public buses can offer a budget-friendly option, while sharing a private transfer or hire car may suit families and groups of friends.
Independent travel is arranged and paid for separately by guests and is not included in the January package. Routes, journey times, fares and vehicle availability depend on your departure point and travel dates. Check current services and prices directly with providers before booking.
TRAVELLING TOGETHER?
We can help arrange a return private transfer between Bansko and your preferred airport, city or collection point, subject to route feasibility and availability.
Group transfers are an optional paid add-on, separate from your January package. We’ll provide a quote based on your route, dates, group size and vehicle requirements, clearly stating whether the price is per person or for the whole vehicle.
Contact us before booking onward travel so we can confirm the arrangements and cost. A transfer is confirmed only after the arrangements and quoted cost have been agreed.
Optional extras
Save up to 45% on selected ski and snowboard equipment hire and lessons through Takeover Ski’s approved local partners, compared with their applicable standard rates. Group and private tuition options are available, subject to availability and partner terms.
Flights, lift passes, equipment hire, lessons and other optional extras are separate unless expressly confirmed.
Payment and booking terms
Secure your place with an £80 deposit towards the £175 total and pay the £95 remaining balance later, or pay £175 in full. Our booking team will send your payment deadline and a separate secure balance-payment link by email or WhatsApp.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable where the customer cancels or no longer wishes to travel, subject always to applicable law. Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking value depending on the notice provided, commitments already made and costs that Takeover Ski cannot reasonably recover. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory right to a refund where the law requires one.
