carina is a 18 year old singer songwriter from east London. Her EP entitled ‘spaceout’ was written and produced completely by herself during lockdown last year. Carina’s lyrical ability has the depth of an old soul while experiencing life from a young teen perspective, giving her a unique way of expressing complex emotions simply.

Named by her father after the constellation ‘carina’ and the ep titled ‘spaceout!’ is more than fitting, not just for the obvious space theme but also because spacing out is something that comes with the struggles of dissociation disorder which carina has been dealing with her whole life. Music has always been a form of therapy for carina and her mental health has also been the inspiration behind her immersive soundscape she weaves into her music.
