A Panel including Mr. Fred Tingle, Ms. Sonia Hammons, & Mr. Jonathon Rinkinen from the General Services Administration/Assisted Acquisition Service/Assisted Acquisition Division Southeast Sunbelt Region.

Fred Tingle currently serves as a Branch Chief for the U.S. General Services Administration/Federal Acquisition Service/Assisted Acquisition Services Division in the Southeast Sunbelt Region. Prior to joining GSA Fred served as a Contracting Policy Chief, staff advisor to the Head of Agency Director of Procurement, United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Contracting Offices, subordinate commands and program offices on matters related to procurement statutes, regulations and policies for the acquisition of research and development, weapon systems and subsystems, equipment, components, services, and contingency contracting.

He graduated from Troy University with a Master’s of Science in Management and from Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Before joining GSA, Fred spent 10 years with the Department of Defense as a policy analyst and as an unlimited warranted contracting officer for USSOCOM and Eglin Air Force Base.
