"7 Day OSHO Dynamic Meditation"

We invite you to join us for a 7-day OSHO Dynamic Meditation intensive—1 hour of meditation every morning.

This meditation allows a new experience of:
1. Your energy
2. Your courage
3. Your totality
4. Your silence
5. Your life

• The meditation lasts 1 hour and is in 5 simple steps which include: Breathing, Catharsis, Centering your Life energy, Silence, and Celebration. It looks like madness, but madness with a method - it is consciously chosen to let go of repression, emotions, and tension which blocks our natural life energy.
• Although you will be doing this meditation as part of a group, the meditation remains an individual experience. Afterwards you enter your day with awareness and vitality.
• Instructions and guidance is given through the 7 mornings.
