AI in Marketing: Build Your Own AI Lead Qualifier in One Evening

Most enquiries are lost before anyone picks up the phone. Out of hours, unanswered, or answered so slowly the customer has already gone elsewhere.

This is a hands-on evening for business owners or Marketing leaders who want to fix that without hiring anyone.

You will not sit and watch slides all night. By 8pm you will have built your own AI assistant that answers enquiries, asks your qualifying questions, and knows exactly what it is not allowed to say. Yours to keep and use.

The evening:

6:00pm - Pizza, beer, soft drinks and introductions

6:30pm - How AI is being used right now at every stage: generating enquiries, lead qualification, management and follow-up, on WhatsApp, on websites, and in the background.

7:10pm - Build your own. We give you the template, you make it yours, then you try to break it and lock it down. What this looks like at full scale, running inside a CRM.

8:10pm - Drinks on the veranda and open networking with other local business owners

Who this is for: Owners and marketing leads of small and medium businesses who get enquiries and want more of them to turn into customers. No technical experience needed.

What to bring: Your mobile phone. Come knowing what your business sells and what you need to know about a lead before you will take a meeting.
