Why do this work?

Gratitude helps us shift focus from what’s missing to what’s already here.
It strengthens our connection to ourselves and others, and brings more peace and presence into everyday life.
Even small moments of gratitude can have a big impact on how we feel and how we live, and this workshop is for you to explore all the possibilities we get when we expand gratitude.
About our mission:

Klubb TA PLASS is here to help you feel safe, relaxed and comfortable in your mind and body — because when you feel good, those around you do too.
The world doesn’t need more products — it needs people who shine from within.
Join the revolution and learn tools that can uplift your everyday life and bring your body awareness to new heights!
Through our Expand series, we invite you to a truly special experience at the beautiful Scenehuset, where we blend breathwork, dance, yoga, meditation, and art to explore the connection between body and mind.
Together, we seek deep release, self-love, new discoveries, and good vibrations!
About the teachers:

Sigrid Vik
Sigrid started the dance art project TA PLASS in 2018 to create a better future after #Metoo. She is trained as a dancer at Ballet Academy in Stockholm and Broadway Dance Center in New York, as well as a copywriter from Westerdals.
She has performed internationally, worked as a choreographer for major productions, and built what is now Klubb TA PLASS. With 15+ years of teaching experience, she’s passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies, promoting self-love, confidence, and safety.
“My goal is to create safe, fun, and exciting spaces for free expression and growth.
We all carry stories and wounds – but also immense power, so if we shift our mindset and give our bodies the attention they deserve it can all be unlocked. Movement is medicine, and I look forward to guiding you into the depths of yourself.”
Victoria Vale
Victoria is a certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping others find balance, calm, and strength within. She previously ran the cultural agency Løkka-Bohemen, and in 2023 launched Raise Your Vibration. She’s also a trained copywriter from Westerdals and has worked on festivals like Trænafestivalen and Oslo Literature Festival.
Today, she works with Klubb TA PLASS and also leads yoga and workshops for activists from her small farm in Møre og Romsdal.
“Yoga is not just movement – it’s a path to self-awareness and transformation.
I believe personal pain is collective pain, and that self-love is key to creating a better world.
With a background in art and communication, I’m fascinated by how our stories – both personal and cultural – shape our reality.
My goal is to create a safe and inspiring space where everyone can explore their own unique journey.”
Lukasz Sabat
Lukasz is a musician, sound healer, and artist based in Oslo. He focuses on using sound as a tool for healing, helping people connect with their own energy and find balance through music. Lukasz plays a variety of instruments, including flutes, saxophone, piano, and is especially passionate about throat singing.
Through his work, he aims to create environments where sound and vibration can support relaxation, emotional release, and healing. He also incorporates DJing into his sessions, blending live music with energetic rhythms to guide participants into deeper states of connection and presence.
Lukasz’s mission is to help others discover their own inner magic and spread high vibrations through music, allowing people to experience the healing power of sound and dance.
