Ready for a dance experience that boosts your energy and makes you smile from the inside out?

 Come join us as we dive into an ocean of rhythm, playfulness and high vibrations!

Lukasz Sabat and Sigrid Vik will lead you through an uplifting 60-minute flow where you simply follow the movements from the stage. No pressure, no perfection — just easy, feel-good moves that connect us and wake up the joy in the room.

And then… it’s your turn.
After the guided session, the structure drops away and your body gets the freedom to explore, improvise and enjoy your new movement “vocabulary” in your own way. 

We round off the evening with a calming sound bath, giving your body a soft landing and a chance to soak in all the goodness.

Come as you are. No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and your energy — we’ll take care of the rest.
