What is EFT?

EFT, also known as Tapping, is a simple yet highly effective technique that combines elements of cognitive therapy with gentle tapping on specific acupuncture points.

I teach the Polyvagal Theory, how it influences our health and what it means for dealing with trauma.

My courses are accredited by EFT International, the world’s largest professional body for EFT Practitioners, guaranteeing you highest professional standards and training quality.

Live training in small groups ensures every participant receives personal attention and all your questions are answered.

A balanced mix of theory and practice means newly acquired knowledge is directly transformed into usable skills helping to build students’ confidence.

Delivery over eight sessions of three hours allows for teaching in easily digestible chunks. Newly acquired knowledge can settle and become a solid foundation to build on.

I will support you to Certification and, if you wish, full Accreditation with EFT International.

The small print:

Full price £450 if paid upfront; £500 if paid in instalments. The second instalment of £300 will be due on 28 January 2025. In case of non-payment the deposit will be forfeited unless the place can be filled at full price. In case of cancellation by 11 January 2025 90% of the amount paid will be refunded unless the place can be filled at full price. All returns incur an admin fee of £35.
