Book Launch: Victoria Whitworth's "The Book of Kells"

Dr Victoria Whitworth will present her long-awaited book, "The Book of Kells: Unlocking the Enigma", at Carnegie Hall, Portmahomack. The launch will feature an author talk, Q&A, and book signing.

Dr Whitworth, acclaimed medieval scholar, will explore the possible connection of the Book of Kells to the Tarbat area, its breathtaking decoration, and the debates surrounding its authors’ intentions. Joining her in a roundtable discussion will be Thomas Keyes, Master Craftsman, whose exquisite artworks emulate methods the Picts would have used more than 1,200 years ago.
