• How to evaluate whether an intervention was implemented as planned.

• Identifying the key elements of an intervention that contribute to its success or failure.

• Establishing whether the assumptions and mechanisms underpinning the theory of change hold true.

• Designing an IPE plan using TASO’s IPE framework, tailored to your specific programme.

• Introducing essential skills and techniques for data collection and analysis in implementation and process evaluation.

By the end of the training, you will have the foundation of an IPE framework, including a set of research questions, measures, and a basic timeline.
