Question Time: addressing common challenges in theory of change development

Theory of change is the first step in TASO’s Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and the foundation to any well planned evaluation. With the latest Office for Students (OfS) consultation proposing that each intervention included in future Access and Participation Plans (APPs) includes a theory of change, TASO will be bolstering support for the sector to assist with theory of change development.
