Our journey begins at MYB Textiles in Newmilns, world-renowned producers of luxury Scottish lace since 1900. Supplying exquisite lace to the film and television industries, MYB offers a rare glimpse into traditional manufacturing techniques still in use today.

Next, we head to the beautifully restored Lamlash House, a striking Category B Listed Victorian building once home to a bank and its manager. Nestled beside the River Irvine—which once powered the town’s lace mills—Lamlash House showcases spectacular stained glass windows by celebrated Glasgow artist Stephen Adam.

Enjoy a delicious lunch and an interactive guided tour through this historical gem. You'll meet characters from the past who will bring to life stories from over a century ago, revealing the daily dramas and secrets once held within these elegant walls.
