If you’re uncomfortable working out in mixed spaces, can’t find the motivation to go to the gym, strength training seems intimidating, or want to get in shape, this program is for you!
Build your consistency by working out with a group of strong women! Perfect for all fitness experience levels especially beginners with no experience or if you haven’t worked out in a while.

Class Details:
Join our 60-minute coach-led HIIT class, perfect for beginners and all fitness levels! Each week, you'll get stronger as we guide you through learning the basics, like proper form, technique, and how to safely use weights. This full-body workout combines strength training, conditioning, and heart-pumping HIIT cardio to help you burn calories and see real results.
Every session is different, bringing new exercises and challenges to keep you motivated. Our supportive coach is here to help you push your limits and achieve your goals, with circuits designed to challenge your whole body. Come ready to work hard, and leave feeling stronger!

Instructor Bio:
Fadumo Ahmed, co-founder of Strongwmnto, is a Community Activist, Athlete, and Personal Trainer. She is passionate about destigmatizing women's health and having candid conversations about the challenges faced by marginalized women in fitness. Fadumo works to decolonize fitness by shifting away from societal standards of beauty and health, advocating for holistic approaches that respect mind, body, and soul.
