Women's Pilates – Spring 2026
Tawheed Community Centre (TCC) is excited to offer a weekly Pilates program designed exclusively for women. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to build consistency in a supportive environment, this class is perfect for you!
This 60-minute coach-led Pilates session will guide you through low-impact movements that improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body control. Using body weight and gravity-based exercises, you’ll strengthen your core, arms, and legs while enhancing mind-body awareness.
Join us to improve your fitness, build confidence, and connect with like-minded women in a comfortable, women-only space. No prior experience is required—this program is designed for all fitness levels!
Note: Please bring your own mat.
