A practical, hands-on course detailing what to do with your produce. With knowledge from experienced market gardeners at Taybank Growers Cooperative, we will look how to harvest, store and preserve a range of vegetables. Aimed at small-scale commercial veg growers, this course is also suitable for smallholders and home growers looking to be self sufficient. It will include some time in our outdoor kitchen fermenting and preserving.
