Join us Saturday, August 22nd from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM at Cathead Distillery for The Country Boy Experience, a high-energy season kickoff celebration bringing together live music, culture, community, and JSU Football pride.

This is not just another event. This is the official warm-up to football season in Jackson. Pull out your boots, grab your crew, and come enjoy a night built for alumni, fans, supporters, and everybody ready to kick off the season the right way.

Hosted by Tay Cheesy, the evening will bring the energy, personality, and live crowd connection needed to set the tone for an unforgettable night. The artist lineup will feature The Live in the Flesh Experience, Young Guy, and Arthur Young, giving guests a powerful mix of live music, performance, and Southern soul.

From the DJs and hosts to the live entertainment and championship-level atmosphere, The Country Boy Experience is built to celebrate football, culture, and community. Proceeds from the event support the football program and help create a championship-level experience for our student-athletes.
