Do you provide any refunds?

Due to travel logistical challenges, all payments, including deposits and payment schedules, are non-refundable.

I have never done Umrah. Can you help?

We will have several workshops before Umrah with our resident scholars to ensure you are fully up to speed about the process. On the ground, you will also receive support from staff.

How do I get to IAD (Dulles Airport)?

Please note, you are required to arrange your own travel to Dulles Airport (IAD) in Sterling, VA. We will not be providing any group travel options.

What happens if I am a single person seeking a quad?

No worries! We will assign a same-gender roommate for you, inshaAllah!
