Sept 2026 Registration

All classes are held in Columbia City at Gymsmithy. 

• Foundation Program (all beginners) | Mondays & Wednesdays (7:30 - 8:30 pm)
• Intermediate Program (invite only) | Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30 - 7:30 pm)
• All Levels (open to members upon completion of intro series) | Saturdays (10 - 11:30 am)

There will be NO CLASS on the following days: Mon, Sept 7
