Looking for a fun and welcoming way to get active and meet new people in the London Bridge area?
Team London Bridge Fitness Sessions, delivered in partnership with Tom Manning Fitness, are friendly community fitness sessions designed to help people improve fitness, boost wellbeing, and connect with others in a safe and inclusive environment. Open to all fitness levels, the sessions are suitable whether you are just starting out, returning to exercise, or already active.
This is a great opportunity to get fit, feel good and meet people.
