Teatro del Pueblo and Pangea World Theater are pleased to present Homo Dramaticus, by Alberto Adellach, a collection of three distinct short plays that delve into different aspects of the human condition: Children (Criaturas) examines the innocence and complexities of childhood through the eyes of its characters, March (Marcha) is a surreal tragicomedy that serves as a cautionary tale of what could happen if we continue to dehumanize one another, and Words (Palabras) which is an exploration of communication, language, and the power of words in shaping our realities.
Homo Dramaticus will be performed at The Southern Theater from November 8 - November 17.
The Homo Dramaticus ensemble includes Nate Kay, José Sabillón in Children (Criaturas) directed by Sir Curtis Kirby III, Paulina Aparicio, Wasima Farah, Sarah Furniss in March (Marcha) directed by Alberto Justiniano, and Ernest Briggs* in Words (Palabras) directed by Meena Natarajan and Dipankar Mukherjee.

For 7:30pm showtimes, the theater doors open at 6:30pm, the house opens at 7:00pm.
For 2:30pm showtimes, the theater doors open at 1:30pm, the house opens at 2:00pm.
The show is 1.5 hours long with no intermission.
Content Guidelines: Mentions and depictions of gun violence, political violence, sexual harassment/assault, and murder. Loud sounds including gunshots, bombs, and sirens present. Use of strobe light effects. Recommended for individuals 16 and older.
