The sector is under growing pressure to deliver the minerals needed to support global electrification, infrastructure development, manufacturing, and economic growth. At the same time, organisations are operating in an environment defined by rising costs, declining ore grades, more complex deposits, stricter environmental expectations, and higher expectations for productivity and resilience. New projects are becoming more challenging to develop as permitting, infrastructure, water availability, energy security, and access to skilled resources shape how quickly mines move from discovery to production.
Mining operations are becoming more connected and technology-driven. Automation, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and autonomous equipment are transforming how mines are designed, built, operated, and maintained. Organisations must improve safety, efficiency, operational performance, and environmental outcomes while ensuring mines remain commercially competitive throughout their lifecycle.
MMM 2027 brings together the global mining community to discuss these challenges and explore the engineering, technologies, and operational strategies shaping the next generation of mining projects and operations.
Across two focused stages, Stage 1: Development, Engineering & Delivery and Stage 2: Operations, Performance & Optimisation, we explore the complete mine lifecycle, from exploration, mine planning, engineering, and construction through to mine operations, automation, asset management, sustainability, and long-term mine performance.
Complimentary Attendees
Full access attendance is currently complimentary for qualifying personnel from Mine Owners and Operators, Exploration and Development Companies, EPC/EPCM Contractors, and Government and Regulatory Bodies.
Conference Attendees
All other delegates can currently register for a free Conference Attendee pass, which includes live entry across both days. Places are limited.
Full Access Attendees
Full access passes include live entry across both days, alongside one-to-one networking with speakers and delegates before, during, and after the event. You will also receive on-demand access to all sessions, so you can revisit any presentation and continue dialogue after the live days have ended.

Platform Opens: 7th May
MMM 2027 opens ahead of Day One, giving attendees access to the event platform to connect and network.
Conference Day One: Friday 14th May
Day One is live with speakers, presentations, and networking. Join your fellow attendees and engage with the sessions as they happen.
Conference Day Two: Friday 21st May
Live sessions, open Q&A, and networking continue, with a second full day of speakers and discussion.
Stage 1: Development, Engineering & Delivery
Modern mines are shaped long before production begins, where decisions on exploration, mine planning, engineering, infrastructure, power, water, permitting, and project delivery determine the long-term performance and viability of an operation. As demand for critical minerals, metals, and natural resources continues to grow, organisations are under increasing pressure to develop projects that are commercially resilient, environmentally responsible, and designed to support greater levels of automation, digitalisation, and operational efficiency from day one.
Stage 2: Operations, Performance & Optimisation
Once operational, mines become complex environments where productivity, safety, reliability, and sustainability must be continuously improved. Connected operations require organisations to balance performance with rising energy demands, workforce transformation, asset reliability, environmental responsibilities, and evolving business expectations. AI, automation, digital technologies, and advanced analytics are enabling mining organisations to optimise performance, strengthen decision-making, improve resilience, and support safer, more efficient operations throughout the life of the mine.
