The UX Crunch: Designing for Voice with Amazon Alexa

With the Alexa Skills Kit (ASK), anyone can easily teach Alexa new abilities by building a skill. Similar to a traditional user-interface (UI), the way that customers interact with skills is through a voice user-interface (VUI). However, designing a voice interface while delivering outstanding experiences to your customers, requires much more than just implementing a menu of commands...

We are extremely excited to announce that on Tuesday 28th May we will be bringing The UX Crunch back to Amazon Alexa to explore the best practices for designing voice user interfaces, how to maximise the usability of your voice experience, and desinging for a voice economy.
