Scope and quality of support from the government has also significantly improved  with many incubators and grants programs being put in place to back the scaling of emerging startups. 

While the Philippines is ripe with potential, it is not without its barriers. The country’s lack of steady funding and high-paying jobs impedes business scaling, which are further complicated by its outdated systems and policies.
