Their work delivers macro and forensic insights from global data, empowering the world's largest companies in healthcare, insurance, and energy with actionable intelligence. Ross Pepperell - Founder of Apt Automations

Ross founded Appy Automations in 2023 to help businesses leverage AI and automation. With over 20 years in financial services and consulting, he has seen how addressing operational bottlenecks can drive major gains in productivity and satisfaction.

As former Director of Research at a top RiskTech firm, Ross provided cutting-edge tools to clients like AIA, Willis, and Cambridge University. He also helped establish university research partnerships and supported the creation of the Compass Centre for Data Science at the University of Bristol.

Ross has a degree in economics and several post-graduate qualifications in investment management, giving him expertise in quantitative modeling, machine learning, and AI.

Luke Kellett- Co-Founder and Head of Sales at Nesti.io

During his time at the University of Exeter studying Law, Luke co-founded multiple startups in the sales and marketing automation sector. Throughout this journey, he identified a significant issue that 99% of organisations encounter in B2B lead generation. B2B lead generation tactics have become stale, and marketers are under extreme pressure to deliver revenue for their companies. They spend millions to acquire customers online, but much of this is wasted because B2B buyers do not receive a relevant buying experience and leave. From this, Luke co-founded Nesti, a SaaS platform that helps B2B tech companies deliver hyper-personalised buying experiences for all their prospects. Users can create AI replicas of their face and voice from just two minutes of footage, making personalised video scalable. Every video can be hosted on a personalised landing page, which can be shared with a prospect to deliver a relevant and interactive buying experience.

Luke Williams - Group Head of AI at B2B marketers Intergage

Luke is the Group Head of AI at B2B marketers Intergage, where he helps the business and its clients to adopt and apply AI tools effectively. He uses their AI adoption framework to design and evaluate use-case pilots, and to explore new AI technology solutions that enable growth.

With over 20 years of experience in emerging digital technologies, Luke has previously worked in digital innovation, performance marketing, social media, and mobile technology as a consultant and at Farrow & Ball and the RNLI. He also publishes the newsletter “AI: Actionable Insights” on LinkedIn.
