Founded in 2013, the Ted Rogers Co-op Students' Association (formerly RUCSA) is a student group with a focus on providing value and growth opportunities for both co-op students and employers by expanding their networks and discovering jobs and mentorship opportunities through business professional events, workshops, and networking sessions. 

TRCSA's three governing principles to help students succeed on their co-op journey are to promote engagement, create opportunities and develop a community.
