TEDxNHS 2025

Since 2016, TEDxNHS has sought to spark conversation and spread great ideas in health and care through the power of storytelling. Now we are back in 2025 for our 10th event with an exciting line-up of speakers to inspire reflection and change.

The day

As with all our events, you will hear impactful and thought-provoking talks from our lineup of dynamic speakers, alongside exciting and inspiring ideas to transform the NHS.

You will also have the opportunity to meet, learn and chat with others from across the country who have an interest in the health and care sector.

The venue

We're excited to be holding this year’s event at Bush House, a Grade II listed building at the southern end of Kingsway between Aldwych and The Strand in London.

Bush House was home to the BBC World Service for seven decades and, more recently, has become part of Kings College London’s Strand Campus. These links make it the perfect place to inspire, inform and spread expertise through storytelling.

This year’s ticket prices

We understand that the current financial climate is challenging, and we want to ensure that our event remains accessible for all, which is why we have reduced our ticket pricing for this year.

All tickets will include an afternoon of TEDx magic, including ten expert talks from those in the health and care sector and live performances.

You can choose from the following ticket tiers:

• Bronze Tickets: Entry and a seat with partially obstructed stage view (large screens ensure you won't miss anything)

• Silver Tickets: Entry and an unobstructed seat in the auditorium

• Gold Tickets: Entry, an unobstructed seat in the auditorium, a TEDxNHS merchandise bundle and an opportunity to meet the speakers at our evening drinks after the event

To make this year’s event more affordable for all, meals will not be included in our ticket prices. There is a vast choice of dining options in the area, which our team can direct you to.

Our team

TEDxNHS is a passion-driven initiative orchestrated by those working in health and care, who dedicate their personal time and energy outside of their regular duties.

Our team of incredible volunteers works tirelessly in their off-hours to bring this event to life. We are also deeply grateful for the invaluable support and generosity of our sponsors, as well as the funds raised through ticket sales.

These resources are crucial in enabling us to host our inspiring events and produce high-quality TEDxNHS talks that reach a global audience.

Every aspect of TEDxNHS, from planning to execution, is a labour of love carried out by NHS professionals who believe in the power of ideas to transform healthcare.

Important information

• Tickets are non-refundable

• Talks will start promptly at 4:00pm and there will be breaks in between. Talks will finish at approximately 7:30 pm followed by the drinks reception for Gold Ticket Holders. 

• All attendees can access the venue from 2:30pm to network with other TEDx attendees, view a gallery produced by one of our speakers and have a chance to pitch a TEDx talk.

• If you can no longer attend and wish to give your ticket to a friend or colleague, we will be able to change the name on the ticket up until 12th September 2025. We will not be able to transfer tickets after this date.

• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis - so get them quickly!

  If you buy your tickets after 24/9/25, the team cannot guarantee that special accessibility requirements will be met. However we will do our best to accommodate your request. To avoid disappointment kindly purchase your tickets ASAP!
  

Facilities

There are spaces for breastfeeding and prayer, which are available for use during the day. Please contact us if you require this space.
