TEDxRoyal Tunbridge Wells 2026

This March, TEDxRoyal Tunbridge Wells returns to bring you inspiring stories that promise to leave you seeing the world a little differently.

Following a successful event last year, TEDxRoyal Tunbridge Wells returns to the Assembly Hall Theatre, bringing 10 local ideas to the stage around the theme of Momentum. We'll be showcasing talks in a range of areas that are all about accelerating growth after those initial first steps, showcasing inspiration and motivation for you to take on long after our event is over.

Event Schedule

11:00 - 12:00 - The Warm Up
Network with fellow attendees, and get ready for an exciting day of talks on our stage.

12:00 - 13:15 - Session 1
Join us as we open our event with some amazing speakers, and maybe even a performance from a group from our town.

13:15 - 14:30 - Lunch
Grab a bite to eat before we resume, and discuss some of the ideas you've already heard with other attendees. Chat with our speakers from Session 1 at our first speaker meet up of the day.

14:30 - 15:35 - Session 2
Return to the theatre for more ideas as we head into the afternoon.

15:35 - 16:30 - Connection Break
Before we head into the end of our day, chat with friends old and new about what you've seen, or grab a quick snack from somewhere around town. Forge new connections with our speakers from Session 2 at our speaker meetups.

16:30 - 17:45 - Session 3
Wrap up the day with some more incredible ideas, and a closing performance to send us off. Plus the opportunity to share your thoughts onstage, reflecting on some of the day's ideas.

17:45 - 18:15 - The Wrap Up
Grab a drink at the bar, or say hi to our final speakers of the day, before heading home and reminiscing on an insightful day of conversation and fresh, new ideas.

Please note that all tickets are unallocated seating within the specific section, with the exception of access tickets.

Standard access to the auditorium and the rest of our venue. Available when early bird tickets are sold out.

Group Discount - Standard Tickets - Stalls - £32 + £2 booking fee
Grab a £4 discount per ticket when you buy five or more, perfect for bringing your team along with you! Available when early bird tickets are sold out.

GO Card Tickets - Free - Limited Quantity!
GO Card Holders can claim a free Standard ticket by sending a picture of the front and back of your card to hello@tedxrtw.com. GO Card tickets are limited to 1 per booking - each GO Card holder will need to make a separate booking.

Access Tickets - Stalls Row J - £17.50 + £1.25 booking fee
Access tickets can be claimed by sending an email to hello@tedxrtw.com. Access tickets are situated at the front of the stalls rake, making them accessible to wheelchairs, and are limited to 2 per booking. Further information about the accessibility of the Assembly Hall Theatre can be found on their website.

Our event takes place at Assembly Hall Theatre, a 900+ seater theatre in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. It provides an incredible space for our talks, and for our connection spaces throughout the day, as well as being close by to many incredible shops and cafes in the Tunbridge Wells area.
