Talk It Out Day 2 Auditions

Come out for the second and final of our two Audition rounds of our critically acclaimed event Talk it out! In collaboration with Both TEDxTorontoMetU and TorontoMet Toastmasters. The auditions will be taking place over two days with the first auditions being Monday March 3rd and the second day being Wednesday March 5th. 

Feel free to come to either day! The auditions will be done in a turn base format where we call up participants one at a time to present speeches on a topic we will give them in the moment. We will then have you present and once all have finished we will be announcing our top 5 contestants on both days who will be invited to our finals competition on March 20th. to compete in front of our amazing panel of judges for the grand prize.

The event will take place on March 5th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ted Rogers School of Management in the TRSM Commons Room (TRS 1-148 & 1-150). If you have any questions, require any additional information, or require any accommodation please let us know.

No-Show Policy: As a Ted Rogers School student, we prepare you for the industry and that includes your level of professionalism as a business student. That is why we have a No-Show Policy in place, meaning when you register for an event you are 100% committed to attending. If you sign up and do not attend three events without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, you will no longer be able to attend our futurue events until you meet with the TRSM Manager of Student Engagement.

Cancelling your Registration: If you sign-up and do not attend, you are taking away a spot from another student. So, if you can no longer attend, you need to cancel your ticket in advance through the confirmation email you received to avoid being put on the no-show list.
