Founded and hosted by Philip Frost and Katie Harley, together they combine a wealth of experience and passion for the world of dance.

• Philip Frost has over 25 years of experience in the dance industry. As co-founder of EL GRANDE at Scala, the UK’s biggest Salsa, Latin, and Afro-Latin monthly event, and founder of S for Salsa, Philip has a proven track record of creating world-class dance events that bring people together through music and movement.
• Katie Harley, the founder of Pasion de Baile in Middlesbrough, regularly hosts weekly and monthly party classes featuring international and local guest teachers. Her dedication to building an inclusive vibrant dance community shines in everything she does. Katie has a wide range of dance experiences, qualifications and training including a background of Ballroom. 

Together, Philip and Katie are committed to creating events that celebrate the vibrant rhythms of Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba, inspiring dancers of all levels to connect and share in the joy of movement.
