at Saffron Grange

Treat yourself to an uplifting Pilates based class led by Lizzie Bland followed by exceptional drinks and great chat.

Ticket includes 50min class + a glass of crisp Saffron Grange Rosé or Curvée. Non alcoholic drinks available.

Foodtrucks arrive at 11.30 so bring your friends and family and can make a day of it.

Getting there...

• If you fancy walking to Saffron Grange, a pilgrimage from Saffron Walden Town Square will depart at 9.15am.
• There is ample parking at Saffron Grange, Rowley Hill Farm for drivers.

BYO mat. Open to all levels. Limited spaces available, booking essential. No mat? We'll sort you out, but let us know before hand,

Please note the class will be taking place outdoors in the meadow in front of the winery. Incase of inclement weather, the class may need to be rearranged to another date, you will be notified via the email address associated with the booking.

A Bloody Good Morning events are hosted by best friends and lovers of a really good (early) time, Joanna Hughes and Lizzie Bland.

10% of each ticket price will go to DKMS, a charity fighting blood cancer.
