TEI Region 9 2025 Conference

TEI Region 9's 2025 conference will be at the beautiful AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront.  Located in Vancouver, Washington, the conference is directly across the river from Portland, Oregon and 15 minutes away from the Portland Airport.

Accommodations

AC Hotel 

TEI has a discounted block of rooms at the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront for $289 per night + tax for TEI guests. To make your reservations, please click HERE. Please do not call the general reservations number, as they will not have access to our room block.

The cutoff date for reservations is May 10, 2025. Our room block is limited and will likely sell out before that date, so do not delay making your reservations. After that date, our sleeping room block goes back to the hotel, and prevailing rates will apply. Please be advised that TEI does not use any 3rd party hotel room block companies. Rooms under the TEI block are available only by using the room block link above. Please do not respond to any email solicitations about housing.

 Ticket Pricing 

• Earlybird Pricing through May 11: TEI Members -$400, Non-Members - $500
• Regular Pricing May 12-May 28 (cut-off date): TEI Members $500, Non-members - $600

Transportation - TEI registrants and speakers are responsible for transportation to and from the Midyear Conference.  Parking is available at the hotel and public parking is nearby.
