Join Aran for a mindful yoga practice designed to bring balance, strength, and stillness to both body and mind. With nearly a decade of personal practice and over three years of teaching experience, Aran guides you through a Hatha-based flow that integrates breath, movement, and meditation.
Each class combines steady, controlled asanas with deep breath awareness to cultivate focus, resilience, and calm. Expect a blend of gentle vinyasa and longer-held postures that engage deep muscles while creating a grounded inner connection. We always finish with a long, restorative Savasana to allow your body and mind to fully relax and integrate the benefits of the practice.

Aran is a certified yoga teacher (500-RYS) from the Escuela Internacional de Yoga in Madrid, specializing in Yoga for Women, and also holds a Yin Yoga certification (100-RYS). Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone — it’s about discovering your own practice and connecting deeply with yourself.
