Brand new beginners Yoga Class, held in our urban Sidecar Studio at Base Camp.

Designed for the new yogi, or anyone looking for a gentler flow class. You'll enjoy an energizing warm-up, followed by a slow and intentional moving flow with our fabulous teacher Sarah.

Hailing from Saltburn and offering her first class in Middlesbrough, Sarah will guide you through each step of the class. You'll come away feeling strong and invigorated, yet also more enlightened on how to approach the most common yoga poses.

Being the Alternative Venue that we are, this won't be your typical class. Held in our band rehearsal room we'll be playing Reggae and Low Fi vibes on the stereo.

Classes will be held every other Wednesday evening from 6.45pm. You’ll be able to come down earlier and grab a coffee from our café, or stay back after for a post class refresher!
