An intimate, multi-course dinner featuring exceptional French wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, and Sancerre. We’ll open a collection of older vintages, small-production wines, and highly allocated bottles, each thoughtfully paired with a course from the Territory kitchen. We will taste through eight wines with seven courses.
