COR & RAGÙ Belmont FEAST

As part of our Feasts series, we’re bringing together COR and RAGÙ for a one-off evening of food designed to be shared.

Both kitchens cook with a similar mindset, keeping things simple, working closely with the seasons, and letting good ingredients do the talking. This dinner is about giving that way of cooking a bit more space, around one table.

This special edition of our Feasts series brings together COR’s seasonal, produce-focused cooking with RAGÙ's  bold, Italian-inspired dishes. Expect a relaxed, generous dinner served sharing-style down long tables in the watercress barns.

Both kitchens care deeply about produce and provenance, so this collaboration feels like a natural fit for Belmont.

 Expect slow-cooked meats, estate-grown vegetables and some familiar COR X RAGÙ classics, all designed to be passed around.

No fuss. Just thoughtful cooking and good company.

About Feasts

Feasts is our seasonal series of communal dinners at Watercress Farm. We invite chefs and producers we admire to cook with the landscape and ingredients here at Belmont, bringing people together around long tables to share a meal.

Seating is communal, and we create the table plan ourselves. If you’re booking separately but would like to sit together, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Please note this event will take place inside the watercress barns.
