Nature Connection Sessions for Adults

Take some time to be outside, slow down, and pay attention to what's around you in the natural environment.

These sessions at Watercress Farm are led by our Nature Connection team. You'll take a mindful walk around the site, spend some time by the campfire with a cup of tea, and try a few nature connection activities along the way. Our nature connection sessions provide opportunities to switch off from the stresses of modern life and to slow down and relax into nature's rhythm. 

We run these whatever the weather, so dress appropriately and wear suitable footwear.
