Farmer to Farmer Conference Exhibitor
Set Up: Conference exhibitors set up on the Saturday evening before the conference or the early morning of the conference, Sunday, November 3rd before 7:30 a.m. Exhibitors are located by the coffee and bar in the King Pine Room directly next to the meals being served in King Pine and will be set up through the duration of the conference, there will be plenty of conference and Sugarloaf staff willing and able to help guide you to where you should be setting up. You can begin to take down your exhibitor table after Monday's lunch at 1:30 p.m.
Fees: Our exhibitor fees are split into 3 different levels.
- Farm - $150
- Non-Profit - $175
- Business - $200
Sponsorship: At the Bronze sponsorship level and above ($1,000) sponsors receive an exhibitor table as part of their sponsorship amongst other benefits including their logo on our website and in our conference program. If you are interested in being a sponsor please reach out directly to Anna Mueller.
Conference Registration: Conference session and meals registration is not included within the exhibitor fee. Please be sure to register for the conference directly if you plan to take part in any sessions or meals.
